Join us for our next Working Bee.

Target. This is a new location for us so it will be an opportunity to assess the area and extent of work required and get on top of threats from invasive weeds here. We do know we will be tackling Singapore Daisy, Corky’s Passion Vine and Brazilian Nightshade.

Bring: Water bottle, gloves if you have them, and wear protective clothing

Bushcare will provide tools, bags, gloves if you don’t have your own and insect repllant.

The Working Bees

Bring: Water bottle, gloves if you have them. Long sleeves, trousers, sturdy footwear and a hat recommended. Gloves and tools are provided.

The working bees are operated under the Sunshine Coast Council Bushcare volunteer conservation program. Before participating for the first time you will be required to register as a Bushcare volunteer and complete a safety induction (both simple processes).
