Working bee Saturday 12 July 2025

Location. We will be working along the Currimundi Creek South Arm on the North East side of the Creekside Blvd Bridge.  Meet opposite 2 Bracken Place, Currimundi.

Parking is a little tight. You can park on Creekside Blvd – if you google map Bracken Place, but park on Creekside Blvd then walk around the path.

Target. We have worked here once before. We are trying to stop weeds getting into this beautiful bushland. Kym saw 2 glossy black cockatoos near this spot yesterday. That is pretty special. Our target weeds are inch weed, mother of millions, corky, lawn grass.

RSVP: Daniel our Council Bushcare coordinator daniel.jonas@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au
